Return / Refund / Replacement :

If you have received a damaged product or a wrong product

  • Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at hello@kalavaibychindu.com with images of the damaged product within 1 day of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is apt.
  • Small color variations of the botanicals or oxidation of hardware(which may or may not happen with brass metal) over time doesn’t qualify for refund
  • Amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

Refund for the cancelled order :

If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.

Cancellation :

  • Please mail us at hello@kalavaibychindu.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.
  • Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
  • No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.

Please understand that many of our featured items are one of a kind and cannot be made again with the same aesthetics ,but almost similar can be achieved. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on www.kalavaibychindu.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.

All the products in www.kalavaibychindu.com are handmade . And small imperfections / differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

JEWELLERY CARE

Don’t wear jewellery while swimming, sunbathing, or while doing something that is going to have you sweating very much. Don’t wear your handmade items while cleaning with harsh chemicals.  Put your makeup and perfume on before putting on your jewellery! A soft cloth can be used to buff the piece.
